I review and draft contracts for work and services (Werkverträge), construction agreements, and arrangements with contractors, tradespeople, and planning parties. My focus is on acceptance, warranty, and liability provisions—this is where the most expensive disputes arise, often months after the contract has been signed. I also support more complex construction projects involving multiple contracting parties or supplementary claims (Nachtragsforderungen). Should a dispute arise despite solid contracts, I represent you in negotiations and legal proceedings.
