As an attorney admitted to practise in Germany with an LL.M. and a Ukrainian legal qualification, I combine legal expertise from two legal systems. More than ten years of legal experience and my work in an internationally operating industrial company shape my approach to legal and business matters. I advise companies, founders, and national and international clients primarily on German law. In doing so, I combine legal precision with an entrepreneurial understanding and a clear focus on commercially viable solutions. Quality matters more to me than quantity.
